Unauthorized events may lead to a $1,000 penalty and cancellation. 🔥 BBQ Use & Cleaning Feel free to fire up the BBQ! Just give it a quick clean after using. If it’s left messy, we’ll need to charge a $50 cleaning fee. 🗑️ Trash Limits After check-out, please leave no more than 2 bags of trash. If the bins have space, feel free to use them—thanks for helping us keep things tidy! 🛏️ Guest Limit Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you need to make changes, let us know in advance. 🌱Nature & Wildlife As the property is surrounded by nature, you may occasionally see raccoons or other small animals. On rare occasions, they may disturb garbage or leave droppings, especially depending on the season. Our cleaning staff is instructed to manage this, but we want you to be aware in advance. 🐾 No Pets — Allergy Alert Due to the owner's severe allergies, the home must remain pet-free with no exceptions. Due to medical reasons, we have zero exceptions to this rule, and $500 fines will apply for any violation. ⏰ Late Checkout? Let us know 1 day before! Need a little extra time? We get it. Just message us in advance, and we’ll do our best. If checkout is delayed past 11:30 a.m., a $100/hour fee will apply to cover cleaning team costs

If you have allergies, sensitivities, or specific product preferences, we kindly recommend bringing your own toiletries, as we provide standard household brands. Guests are responsible for using any provided amenities at their own discretion. Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or immediate termination of your stay without refund.
