If you have allergies, sensitivities, or specific product preferences, we kindly recommend bringing your own toiletries, as we provide standard household brands. Guests are responsible for using any provided amenities at their own discretion.

HOUSE RULES -Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM Late check-out only with permission. -Smoking Policy No smoking inside the home Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas A $250 fee applies if smoking inside is detected -No Shoes Indoors No Shoes are allowed inside the home. Please remove your shoes at the entrance to help us keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone. -Makeup & Linen Policy Please do not use our towels to remove makeup or get makeup on towels, pillowcases, sheets, or other linens. Excessive staining may result in a cleaning/replacement fee of up to $200. -Noise & Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM No parties, large gatherings, or loud music Please respect neighbours at all times -Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests, unauthorized guests result in additional fees -Cleanliness Please keep the home tidy Clean spills immediately Wash used dishes or load the dishwasher & place all garbage in designated bins. Please avoid eating in the bedrooms -Bedrooms & Furniture Do not move or rearrange furniture. Use only the number of beds included in your reservation. No sleeping on the sofas unless permitted -Damage & Safety Report Please report any damage or issues immediately. Do not remove batteries from remotes. Do not use open flames (candles, incense). Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or other items . Lock doors and windows when leaving - Kitchen Use Feel free to use the kitchen respectfully Clean counters and stovetop after cooking.
