To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we’ve put a few simple house rules in place. They’re here just to protect the home and guests — nothing to worry about, so feel free to book with confidence! -Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM Late check-out only with permission. -No Shoes Allowed Inside Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the home. Please remove all footwear before entering. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges. -No Smoking or Vaping Please, no smoking, vaping, or use of weed or any illegal drugs anywhere on the property. If smoking is detected, a $200/day deep cleaning fee will apply. -No Unauthorized Parties or Events We love good vibes, but this home isn’t available for large parties. If you're thinking of hosting something, just ask us first! Unauthorized events may lead to a $1,000 penalty and cancellation. -Trash Limits After check-out, please leave no more than 2 bags of trash. If the bins have space, feel free to use them. Leftover trash bags? No worries - you can leave up to 2 bags on-site. Anything beyond that can be dropped at Brampton CRC (395 Chrysler Dr) - open daily 8:30 AM–4:30 PM for a small fee. Note: Additional bags left on-site beyond 2 will incur a $25/bag removal fee. -Guest Limit Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you need to make changes, just let us know in advance. -Noise & Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM No parties, large gatherings, or loud music Please respect neighbours at all times -Cleanliness Please keep the home tidy Clean spills immediately Wash used dishes or load the dishwasher & place all garbage in designated bins. Please avoid eating in the bedrooms -Makeup & Linen Policy Please do not use towels to remove makeup or get makeup on towels, pillowcases, sheets, or other linens. Excessive staining may result in a cleaning/replacement fee of up to $200. -Bedrooms & Furniture Do not move or rearrange furniture. Use only the number of beds included in your reservation. No sleeping on the sofas unless permitted -No Pets — Allergy Alert Due to the owner's severe allergies, the home must remain pet-free with no exceptions. We apologize to any guests with specific animal needs. Due to medical reasons, we have zero exceptions to this rule, and $500 fines will apply for any violation. -Late Checkout? Let us know 1 day before! Need a little extra time? We get it. Just message us in advance, and we’ll do our best. If checkout is delayed past 11:30 a.m., a $100/hour fee will apply to cover cleaning team costs. -Damage & Safety Report Please report any damage or issues immediately. Do not remove batteries from remotes. Do not use open flames (candles, incense). Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or other items . Lock doors and windows when leaving -Water & Utilities Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use Do not run the AC or heating with windows open. Be mindful of water usage -Parking Park only in the assigned space(s) Do not block neighbours’ driveways. Lock your vehicle and remove valuables Do not adjust Wi-Fi equipment CHECK-OUT CHECKLIST -Turn off lights, AC/heat -Wash dishes or load dishwasher -Place used towels in the bathroom -Remove all personal belongings -Close and lock all doors and windows -Put garbage in outdoor bins -Return keys to lockbox 📝 FEES (IF APPLICABLE) -Smoking indoors: $250 (minimum) -Lost keys: $50 -Unauthorized guest: $25 per person -Pet policy violation: $50–$150 -Excessive mess: Charged at cost
