Please remove all footwear before entering. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges. -Smoking Policy No smoking inside the home Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas A $250 fee applies if smoking inside is detected -Noise & Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM No parties, large gatherings, or loud music Please respect neighbours at all times -Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests, unauthorized guests result in additional fees -Cleanliness Please keep the home tidy Clean spills immediately Wash used dishes or load the dishwasher & place all garbage in designated bins. Please avoid eating in the bedrooms -Makeup & Linen Policy Please do not use towels to remove makeup or get makeup on towels, pillowcases, sheets, or other linens. Excessive staining may result in a cleaning/replacement fee of up to $200. -Bedrooms & Furniture Do not move or rearrange furniture. Use only the number of beds included in your reservation. No sleeping on the sofas unless permitted -Damage & Safety Report Please report any damage or issues immediately. Do not remove batteries from remotes. Do not use open flames (candles, incense). Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or other items . Lock doors and windows when leaving - Kitchen Use Feel free to use the kitchen respectfully Clean counters and stovetop after cooking. Do not leave food on the counters Empty refrigerator of any personal items when checking out -Water & Utilities Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use Do not run the AC or heating with windows open. Be mindful of water usage -Garbage & Recycling Place trash in the main outdoor bins. No garbage bags to be left indoors. Sort recycling and garbage separately. Do not leave trash outside exposed -Parking Park only in the assigned space(s) Do not block neighbours’ driveways. Lock your vehicle and remove valuables -Pets Pets allowed only with prior approval. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
